Steps To Follow
1. First root your phone.
2. Then install-
- terminal emulator
- settings database editor
- es file explorer from google play.
3. Open terminal emulator and type "su" and press enter. Then type
"pm grant by4a.setedit.android.permission.WRITE_SECURE_SETTINGS" and press enter.
4. Then open settings database editor app and click on global and search for "volte_vt_enabled" and set its value to "1" (if not available then add this setting).

5. Then open es file explorer app and click on
local>device>system->build.prop.And click on three dots and then on edit. Now search for "ro.mtk.volte..." and set it to "1".
6. Then just dial to *#*#3646633#*#* and click on IMS->Call and select second option and uncheck 1 and 3 option and click on set.
7. Then again IMS->Common->mncmcc check and set it to off.8. Now your volte is enabled .
